Returns

We hope you love your purchase from Maison Valerie. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Certain items may be excluded (see below)

To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent back without prior contact may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Personalised or made-to-order items
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
